black widow in HOM - Guild Wars Forums

hello, i just charmed a hearty black widow in UW on my W/R but its not letting me add it to HOM and ideas on how i would go about this?

are you on account view or personal view,
do you have the pet with you --did you cap it on you and not one of your heroes.
do you have a tapestry up for that monument.

That's not unusual, often when you get a pet from the wild that is level 20 it wont go in the HoM because it hasn't evolved to either hearty or dire. To fix that talk to Helena in the menagerie and she will evolve it to the last level and then you can add it to the hall.
